Through small group training, he focuses on helping clients reach their health and fitness goals through appropriate cardiovascular, flexibility, and resistance exercise with correct form.

Adrian Gaymon

Army veteran, entrepreneur & professional fitness trainer Adrian “A-Game” Gaymon, native of Washington, DC is the co-owner of Diamond Kutz Beauty & Fitness.

 

His passion for health & wellness is what lead him into helping others achieve their fitness goals. He set the pace of action for those seeking to take control of their physical health after opening Diamond Kutz Beauty & Fitness in 2015. 7 years later A-Game has helped countless amount of people with their fitness journey and continues to educate about nutrition & weight loss while also offering personal training for athletes, group training, hosting boot camps & more.

Swimwear Summer Jam

Summer bodies are made in the winter and in the gym through consistency. Yup, that also means hard work every day in the kitchen(of course with room for wine, comfort food and lazy Sundays here and there). Here at Diamond Kutz Beauty, Fitness, and Spa we show off our clients hard work at our "Swimwear Summer Jam" photoshoot. Yessss I said swimwear! It's followed by a cookout to show appreciation to each and everyone for their dedication and support! We would like to recognize and thank once again Tyson Cobb for allowing us to host in the comfort of his home last year 2021. Can't wait to see this year's outcome. Hope to see you there!
