Policy

BY BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU ARE IN AGREEMENT WITH ALL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.  

 

DEPOSITS: NON-REFUNDABLE Deposits are required at the time of booking.

 

UNPON ARRIVAL:

SALON CARE Your hair must be completely detangled. If you have any hair extensions or braids, please remove before your appointment. This ensures we stay on task to not inconvenience nor compromise your time as well as the next client's appointment time. 

SKINCARE This feels obvious, but it's important to note maximize your time in the spa by showing up bare-faced and ready to go. “Wearing little to no makeup will free up more time for your esthetician to work on correcting your skincare concerns and flaws,” 

 

LATE:

We understand that it can sometimes be traffic or emergencies may occur, so we give a 15-minute grace period to arrive to your appt. After 20-minutes, a $20 late fee will be added to the service total. After 30-minutes your appointment will be canceled, and no refund of deposit given. This fee is used to cover the discount given to the next client or clients for running behind on their appointment time.

 

CANCELLATION:​

Please cancel 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% charge of the scheduled service to the card on file. If the card on file declines the cancellation fee all future appointments will be canceled. No call No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and all future appointments will be canceled. NO REFUNDS ON HAIR SERVICES. ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS PLEASE CONSULT WITH YOUR STYLIST PRIOR TO LEAVING THE SALON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT. 

 

RESCHEDULING:

Use your email confirmation to reschedule. Rescheduling is applicable up to 24 hours before your original appointment time. In order to reuse your deposit to rebook, you must book the new appointment within 30 days of your original appointment date.
